Avatar Cooldown Increased to 95s

Patch Notes 0.14 Update

Important Changes

The Avatar cooldown has been increased from 90 seconds to 95 seconds. This change is intended to reduce the frequency of Avatar usage in team fights and allow for more counterplay opportunities. Additionally, a few other updates have been made:

• When not climbing the ranks, players will be able to learn from the best. The Dota Pro Circuit features ultra-high-level Dota 2 competition.
• Neutral Creep bounties have been decreased by 2 across the board.
• Neutral Creeps are no longer affected by Mines Graveyard.
